What I collect

When you join the email list, I collect your email address. When you book an appointment, booking details (name, contact information, and payment method) are collected and processed by GlossGenius, my booking and payment provider, under its own privacy policy.

How I use it

Your email address is used only to send occasional notes from Anna — appointment openings, seasonal color ideas, and hair care tips. I never sell or share your information with third parties for their marketing.

Unsubscribing

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email hair@annaberglund.com anytime to be removed from the list or to ask what information I hold about you.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and how people found the site. Google Analytics sets the following cookies:

• _ga — distinguishes unique visitors. Expires after 2 years.
• _ga_<container-id> — persists session state for Analytics. Expires after 2 years.
• _gid — distinguishes visitors for a 24-hour period. Expires after 24 hours.

These cookies collect anonymized, aggregate information (such as pages visited and general location at the country/city level) and are not used to identify you personally. This site does not use advertising or retargeting cookies, and does not sell data. Analytics data may be processed by Google outside your country of residence; see Google's Privacy Policy for details.

If you are in the European Economic Area, UK, or Switzerland, you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking for this and other sites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies from google-analytics.com and googletagmanager.com in your browser settings.
