Booking & policies
How do I book an appointment?
Book online anytime at annaberglund.glossgenius.com. Anna is in the salon Sundays and Tuesdays, 10 AM–6 PM, by appointment only. For on-location and special-event work, call (213) 831-3356 or email hair@annaberglund.com.
Is Anna taking new clients?
Yes. Every appointment begins with a consultation so Anna can learn about your hair — and how you wear it day to day.
What is the cancellation policy?
A card on file reserves your appointment and nothing is charged at booking. Changes or cancellations are free with 48 hours' notice; within 48 hours, half the booked service is charged, and missed appointments are charged in full.
Finding the studio
Where is Anna's salon?
You can find her at the Lizzie Jones Studio, located in the Sola Salon Studios in Santa Monica (530 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 6), a few blocks from the beach. Anna serves clients across the Westside and greater Los Angeles, including Santa Monica, West LA, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Brentwood, Venice, Marina del Rey, Culver City, and Playa Vista.
Where do I park?
There's parking right in the building, entered off Wilshire. It's $2 an hour with validation, cash only — so bring a few dollars.
Does Anna work on location?
Yes, for editorial, commercial, and on-location shoots, and for special-event hair. Email hair@annaberglund.com or call (213) 831-3356 to talk through the details. Everything else is done at the studio in Santa Monica.
Services & pricing
What services does Anna offer?
Color — base color, gloss and toner, highlights, balayage, and color correction — plus women's and men's haircuts, blowouts, special-event styling, K18 and keratin treatments, and extensions.
How much do services cost?
Every service and its price is listed on the services page. Color correction, extensions, and special-event hair are quoted by consultation, since what they take depends on your hair and where you want to get to.
Does Anna do hair for weddings and red carpet events?
Yes — up-dos and special-event styling are available, quoted by consultation. Anna's red-carpet and special-event experience includes the Golden Globes, the Grammys, and the Oscars, plus hair styling for George Clooney's Hope for Haiti Now telethon and network television work for CBS and Fox.

Who is Anna Berglund?
Anna Berglund is a hairstylist and colorist born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, now working from her chair in Santa Monica, on the Westside. She specializes in all things color, with 20+ years of high-end salon experience in Beverly Hills, Studio City, and the UK. She's married to Jon Berglund, and together they have two daughters. What products does Anna use?
Beautiful hair begins with healthy hair, so Anna uses only high-quality professional products. For color, she works with Redken and Eleven Australia, and she has also used Goldwell for clients who know their formula. For conditioning and repair, she uses K18, and for keratin smoothing treatments, Keratin Complex and Cocochoco. The take-home products she recommends — including the K18 leave-in mask — are on her ShopMy page.
